At Harastee, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and efficiently. All of our products are proudly made in the United States, with processing and shipping operations running from Monday to Saturday to ensure timely fulfillment.
Order Processing & Production Time
Production times may vary depending on the type of product:
- Standard apparel: 3–5 business days
- Custom items (embroidery, sublimation, handcrafted products): 5–10 business days
Please note that some items may be shipped separately based on availability to ensure faster delivery.
Estimated Shipping Times
We offer both standard and expedited shipping options:
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 4–8 business days
International:
- Standard Shipping: 14–20 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email (when applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
Shipping Policies & Limitations
- Multiple Orders: Orders placed on the same day cannot be combined into one shipment.
- Multiple Addresses: We do not support shipping a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for different destinations.
- Address Changes: Requests to update shipping addresses must be made within 4 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Customs, Duties & Delays
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, customs clearance may cause delays that are beyond our control.
