How to Return an Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect in size, or significantly different from the product description, you may return it by sending it to:

Return Eligibility & Guidelines
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided. - General Returns or Exchanges:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories. - Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized, custom-made, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. - Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for non-defective items.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The amount will be issued to your original payment method
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed
For defective items reported after the 30-day window, we may offer repair or replacement options where applicable.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, orders enter production and cannot be modified or canceled.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange:

- Ship the item to the return address listed above
Gift Returns
- If marked as a gift: You will receive store credit equal to the return value
- If not marked as a gift: A refund will be issued to the original purchaser
